Seeing every day objects as typography is something we all may identify with various languages since pictographs were used within Chinese characters. These are various shapes based on the english alphabet.
Ampersand Lights
Sometimes there is an ampersand in a lamp’s shape. May as well become one. These lamps are created from the Futura typeface.
Serif Vs. San Serif
This typographic chess set interprets the pieces on a chess board. The various point sizes were used in unison with the characters to develop the hierarchy in the game. They are sized at 72 points with each typeface’s cap height down to 36 points at the pawn.

Typographic Bench
This typographic bench is published in the Graphis Design Annual and won a gold medal for new talent. It is designed from a motion design piece and was on display at the Art Director’s Club in New York.
